On April 25, 2019, the Executive Vice President and Secretary General of CFIE Xiong Meng attended the second “One Belt One Road” International Cooperation Summit Forum.

The Minxin Dialect Sub-Forum is an important part of the Summit Forum. It is hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the CPC Central Committee. The theme is “To promote the common people and create a better life together”. The main agenda includes keynote speeches and guest speeches, delegate speeches, story sharing, and action project launches in four sections. As a joint organization of the National Industrial Association, the China Federation of Industrial Economics has given full play to its unique advantages and actively participated in the construction of the “Belt and Road”. First of all, the China Federation of Industrial Economics actively promoted the work of the people's hearts and minds, joined the "Silk Road Social Organization Cooperation Network Alliance" at the first summit forum, and joined the "Silk Road Family" in the forum of the people's hearts and minds of this summit forum. With project cooperation as the foothold, we will jointly promote the industrial and commercial cooperation and economic construction of countries along the line to benefit the people of all countries. Third, use the existing international business platform to carry out “One Belt, One Road” business cooperation and exchange, and broaden cooperation areas, including the World Business Organization Summit (WICO), the Hamburg Summit, the Global China Business Conference, and the Sino-US Industrial and Commercial Brand Deep Cooperation Platform. The “Belt and Road” business and industry leaders summit, the economic and trade destination country empowerment plan (DCETEP). Fourth, in order to improve the level and depth of economic cooperation between China and other countries, the China Federation of Industrial Economics has established the "Global Industry Research Center". Under the new situation of world economic and trade and scientific and technological development, it has united Chinese and foreign experts and scholars to study the development of global industry. New trends, mastering the developments in the frontier areas of new materials, new energy, artificial intelligence, life engineering, quantum technology, etc., paying attention to the new world and future of human development, and carrying out relevant cooperation with countries along the route to make due for the construction of the “Belt and Road” Contribution.
