Chang Cheng Insurance Brokers Ltd. (CCIB) was one of the first three state-approved insurance brokerage companies in China and the paid-up capital is RMB 50 million. CCIB obtained the Corporate Insurance Brokerage License granted by China Insurance Regulatory Commission (CIRC) on June 26, 2000. On the same date, CCIB was formally established and it was headquartered in Guangzhou.

CCIB was approved by CIRC to provide insurance brokerages services, including Non-life Insurance, Life Insurance, Reinsurance and Risk Management in China (except Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan). At present, CCIB provides the insurance brokerage services for transportation, industrial manufacturing, petrochemical, energy, hydroelectricity, financial institutions, aerospace, metallurgy, mining, engineering, construction, International trade, government procurement, agriculture, social development and national economic construction projects. It is in the leading position for risk management and insurance brokerage service in China for transportation, industrial manufacturing, financial institutions, energy, electricity and national major projects.
