Project Content:

Our company develop and produce CNC equipment on the base of high-power laser for metal parts surface modification. Today we offer CNC systems for outer and inner surface heat treating for hardening.

Through the use of our machinery and equipment, products in various industries can be significantly improved by laser thermal heat treatment. For many parts laser treatment is the only way of hardening. Through our equipment, the processing area can be precise to several millimetres. Five-axis system and sets of optional manipulators allow to process hard-to-reach surfaces. This technology is a unique way to create a surface with alternating sectors of different hardness.

The technology is superior to competitors and guarantee: 

1. higher hardness and wear resistance,

2. stable structure of upper layer, 

3. uniformity of treatment, 

4. constant shape, 

5. constant roughness.

Our intention in China:

1. Network of engineering and production centers of laser and additive industry. 

2. We are looking for a partner and co-investor.
